Well, we're in Oregon. 

What do you expect?
When the weather turns bad, you may 
need something to lift everyone's spirits. 
Songs that make fun of the rain and 
soggy shoes can really help.
 
 		  
At the 2001 Jamboree we sang a lot of these songs after the monster storms roared through the camp. Everyone seemed to enjoy Wetspers and several troops had different versions of Fishy and Singing In The Rain.
